Trek Bicycle Store Sponsors State Road Championships

The NSW State Road Championships were held on the weekend at the tough Kurrajong circuit, hosted by the Parramatta Cycling Club in conjunction with Cycling NSW.
As a supporter of the Parramatta Cycling Club, TBS were there to lend a hand. The TBS tent kept the timer and his equipment sheltered from the elements, which was luckily more sunshine than clouds.
The Elite men’s race was won by Darren Cash, aboard a 2006 Trek Madone 5.9 and the Under 23 was won by Richard Lang, riding a 2008 Trek Madone 5.2. TBS supported riders Michael Walsh and Kris Collins were not competing because their class, Under 17 Male, were not represented. Look for them at the Elite level in a few years!
